We advise that you start your booking period 3 business days before your event to ensure a smooth delivery (please read below for delays in shipping due to Covid with Australia Post) – the shipping fee includes a return satchel which is reusable. . Click here to view Australia Posts delivery times based on your location, before booking your item(s) to ensure you will receive your delivery on time. Do not place the bag into the yellow express postage box as you will be charged additional freight. Please ensure the parcel is placed into the red postage box at the end of your rental period.
